A Biloxi man is behind bars after being charged on five counts of distribution of counterfeit CDs and DVDs, according to the Mississippi attorney general’s office.
The Counterfeit Goods Task Force arrested Richard Earl Tyler, 51, last week after an aggravated assault case the Biloxi Police Department was investigating against him uncovered a substantial number of counterfeit discs.
