Two men selling counterfeit Scania clothing at Truckfest have been jailed for two months following a tip-off from the truck manufacturer.
Simon Hempsall, 39, and Jon Hempsall, 62, pleaded guilty to charges relating to use of the Scania trademark after they were discovered selling £18,000 worth of counterfeit clothing.
The truck manufacturer became concerned after the 2009 event that unsuspecting visitors were buying goods that were not official merchandise, so it tried to halt the practice in 2010.
